REFUND POLICY
Since we are a slow fashion brand with a lot of love for this earth, please keep in mind that there are more sustainable ways then returning or exchanging your item - such as giving them a second life (and making someone else happy!)

Of course we want to ensure a postive shopping experience, so in case of a damaged item or sizing issue, we offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sesethelabel.com and you will receive instructions on the exchange.
Shipping
- Shipping cost for returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer. In case of a defect or damage, we will cover the cost for an exchange.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
